New and Improved Kryolan FDA and EU complaint Neon Face and Body Make Up. Kryolan is proud to announce that after lots of research they have finally developed a FDA/EU compliant Neon make up. Because the new Neon pigments have changed in color and vibrancy, their will also be a difference once applied to the skin. In an effort to improve the formula and ensure that every ingredient used in the formula is skin safe, minor color changes had to be made. Kryolan Neons will still glow under a blacklight, however under normal lighting the colors may appear less vibrant than in the past. Please consider the above when purchasing Kryolans new formula.
