CO2 Tank Regulator
CO2 regulators are required in order to use a CO2 tank. The Silly Farm CO2 regulator includes 2 gauges, one that shows the amount of air in your tank and the other that shows the CFH (cubic feet per hour) at which you are spraying at. CO2 regulators attach directly to CO2 cylinders and are fitted with a quick disconnect that allows you to connect to most manifolds and airbrush hoses. The gas-tank connection is for a “CGA-320” type connector, which is common on most CO2 tanks.
To Use: Attach CO2 tank regulator to tank and open valve. Connect airbrush or manifold to CO2 tank regulator and test spray. Adjust black knob while spraying to adjust pressure up or downward. Once you have reached a comfortable spraying level, leave knob and CO2 regulator attached to tank. No further adjusting is required.
To avoid leakage and freezing make sure there is a washer inside of the valve to create a seal. Ask your local filler for a washer when they refill your tank.
