Ben Nye LiquiSet
Liquiset by Ben Nye is a mixing liquid that can be used as a sealer, a thinner for liquid makeup to make it flow smoothly through an airbrush, mixed with Metallic powders or in place of water to activate MagiCake paints. Liquiset is fragrance free and recommended when you are seeking a smudge proof finish.
To Use: When mixing with liquid makeup (such as MagiColor and Mehron liquid makeup) mix 3 parts of paint to 1 part of Liquiset and shake until liquid makeup is thin and at desired viscosity. Once mixed with liquid makeup, the Liquiset creates a sealer that allows for a waterproof finish.
To Use with Magicakes instead of water: Dip brush or sponge into Liquiset and mix with paint to build up a creamy consistency, then apply brush or sponge to the skin. Liquiset will allow the paint to dry to a smudge proof finish.
To Use as a sealer before or after makeup application: Apply Liquiset to the face and body by using a spritzer or by swabbing the skin before application. Hold spritzer 6-8 inches away from the face and have model close their eyes. Once Liquiset dries it will create an invisible sealed layer on the skin and will allow for a waterproof finish.
To Remove: Use soap and water.
